1. Conformity statement

Hairboard is committed to making its service accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (EAA, Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the EN 301 549 standard. Following an internal audit, Hairboard is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: some pages and features meet this level, others do not, for the reasons detailed below.

2. Audit results

The audit carried out on September 23, 2026, conducted internally on the site's main pages (home, pricing, legal pages) and on the app's key flows, identified the issues listed below. This list is updated after each new audit.

3. Non-accessible content

Known issues as of today:

Some text contrasts on the gold background (#C9A96E) are close to the minimum threshold required by WCAG criterion 1.4.3 and have not all been exhaustively checked.
The hairstyle simulation flow in the app relies in part on AI-generated visuals whose alt text is generated automatically and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Full keyboard navigation of some interactive components (inspiration carousels, hairstyle selectors) has not yet been exhaustively tested with assistive technologies (screen readers).
Some PDF documents or embedded third-party content (Stripe billing) may not fully meet level AA.

This statement was prepared on September 23, 2026, based on an internal self-assessment of conformity with the EN 301 549 standard and WCAG 2.1 level AA.
