Terms of Service

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Hairboard service, published by Reverdin Studio (Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 154, 00186 Rome, Italy — VAT number IT17458801002).

By creating an account or using the application, you accept these Terms without reservation.

2. Description of the Service

Hairboard is a web application (PWA) offering AI-powered hair analysis, photorealistic hairstyle simulation, and inspiration board creation. The service is accessible at app.myhairboard.com.

3. Plans and Pricing

All prices are shown inclusive of tax. Reverdin Studio reserves the right to change its pricing with 30 days' notice sent by email.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. (PCI DSS certified). By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle chosen (monthly or annual).

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

However, under article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, this right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once you have expressly requested that performance of the service begin before the withdrawal period expires and the service has been fully performed. By activating your subscription and using the service, you acknowledge having given this express agreement.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund will be issued for the remaining period.

In the event of a breach of these Terms, Reverdin Studio reserves the right to suspend or delete your account without notice or refund.

7. Liability and AI Results

The simulations and recommendations generated by Hairboard are provided for informational purposes and for personal and recreational use only. Hairboard is not a medical or professional tool. Reverdin Studio disclaims all liability for any damage resulting from the use of AI results for medical, professional, or other purposes beyond personal use.

8. Intellectual Property in Generated Content

The simulations and boards generated by Hairboard from your photos belong to you and are reserved for your personal use. You may not resell them, exploit them commercially, or use them to train other AI models without Reverdin Studio's prior written authorization.

9. Personal Data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, as Reverdin Studio is established in Italy. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your country of residence.

For any unresolved consumer dispute, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
